I read that Ceylon is by far the best cinnamon for flavor and have found it to be true buying the organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder from Piping Rock. I use it to make a simple fruit salad that everyone loves. I dice whole organic apples with the skin on, add raisins or dried cranberries, walnuts, Ceylon Cinnamon and honey and sometimes I add some tangerine or orange and mix it up!
